One more sub-.500 season would make 17 in a row for the Pirates, thus setting a new record for most consecutive losing seasons in a row...not just an MLB record but the longest losing streak by any professional sports franchise EVER! As a fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams, this illustration was particularly painful but funny at the same time.
